1. Digital Products – No Physical Shipping
All products available on ExcelFavorites are digital files delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical items are shipped.
2. No Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not possible once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or not downloadable
- The wrong file was delivered
- Technical issues prevent access to the product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of knowledge or compatibility issues with Excel
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
- Downloaded and successfully accessed products
